Everyone has stress, and one of the biggest stressors in life is work. Work is a necessary part of life, and undoubtedly there are a lot of good things about it. Working teaches responsibility and accountability. It keeps minds and hands busy. Work can teach teamwork. It can help you discover your talents and strengths. And, of course, it pays the bills. The downside to work, as we all know, is that it can cause stress in our lives.
